The Alhambra film group is for anyone interested in watching mainstream films. The group was set up with the idea of promoting our wonderful independent cinema and perhaps giving some u3a members who were not comfortable with going to the cinema by themselves a group to go with. We see a variety of films, mostly mainstream.

It will take place generally on the 3rd Saturday of the month in the evening, about 7.30pm, but the exact date will be confirmed each month. This is not an exclusive screening but the last 3 rows of the stalls will be where u3a members might like to sit, particularly if attending alone. As convenor, I will always try to sit in Row F seat 5. An optional extra is to go for a drink and a chat afterwards.
